Phillip is a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution team and has been with Stephens Scown since 1989.
Phillip specialises in private client litigation, with particular expertise in contentious probate, property disputes between co-habitees and other claims arising out of joint ownership of property. He also specialises in immigration work particularly family immigration and nationality applications and appeals.
Phillip is an Accredited Senior Caseworker under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
Phillip lives in Exeter with his family. He is a keen half-marathon runner participating in many events locally. He also enjoys Dartmoor and other hill walking, and is a regular swimmer.
