Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2003 Simon has gained a broad range of commercial property experience .This includes dealing with freehold purchases, option agreements, conditional contracts and commercial leases. Additionally he specialises in relation to Mines and Minerals and Stamp Duty Land Tax. Outside of work, Simon enjoys his time windsurfing, surfing and on the golf course.
