The firm is divided into five client service groups - Family, Corporate, Wills Probate & Trusts, Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Commercial Property. Within these service groups are teams which concentrate on more specialist areas of legal practice.
The philosophy of Stephens Scown is to encourage people with specialist skills to form teams of excellence, and the success of this philosophy is borne out by the fact that we have specialists who are members of the Law Society's Planning Panel, the Family Law Panel, the Personal Injury Panel and the Child Care Panel amongst others. The firm also has the ability to field multi-disciplinary teams drawn from different offices in the practice when required.
