The service is cost effective and for £20 plus VAT we will send a letter to the debtor requesting payment. Our initial letter demanding payment is usually enough to encourage payment of the debt and over 50% of debtors provide payment upon receiving our initial letter.
In the event that payment is not made, we can issue a claim on your behalf. The costs of the action are fixed and this means that the costs are recoverable from the debtor.
