Employing EEA Nationals

Those living in the European Economic Area (EEA) are free to enter and live in the UK without the need to apply for permission. However, nationals of Bulgaria and Romania may also need to apply for permission before they begin work.

We can advise and assist you with applications submitted by EEA nationals and their families to obtain confirmation of their status to work within the UK

Non-EEA national family members including spouses and children, acquire a right of residence in the UK through the EEA national, provided that the EEA national has a right to reside in the UK themselves.  It is however still advisable to get a confirmation of this right.

If you would like advice on this area our Immigration Team – ranked as the best in Devon and Cornwall by independent legal guide Chambers – are here to support you.
