Land Disputes

Generally most of us enjoy good relationships with our neighbours, but sometimes things can go sour. When these disputes arise, it’s important you know who you can contact. At Stephens Scown, we understand these cases can be complex and we try to make the process as stress-free as possible. We also appreciate the need for urgency and cost effectiveness.

Often these problems involve rights of way, or the need to acquire access to a neighbour’s land. Whatever your issue, our experienced team can guide you with practical and efficient advice.

Whether you are a land developer or vendor, trying to access a water main situated on neighbouring land or trying to protect your property from alleged rights of way we can provide excellent guidance and support.
