Partnership Disputes

Disputes between shareholders, directors and business partners can happen for a whole variety of reasons and often they become highly personal.  When business partners decide to go their separate ways, there can be a range of complex legal issues to think about.

We believe it’s really important to give you the right advice at an early stage, so you can make the right choices. We’ll look at things such as negotiation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution which could save you money in the long run. If this is not the right course of action, we will be there to help advise you about issuing or defending court proceedings.
