The service costs just £20 to recover a debt, regardless of its size. If it goes to court your debtor is liable for any additional costs such as court fees and interest. There are no commission fees, no added success fees, no other charges or effort required on your part.

We handle all the correspondence and any further actions required. Using a computerised system you can be confident all the key communications are delivered on time every time.

All we need from you is the debtor's name and address and a copy of the invoice stating the amount due and we take care of the rest. All the administration and documentation is handled by us, all for one fixed fee. No hidden charges, no extras. Instructions received before 10.00am will even be actioned that same day. We find that our clients also get their money quicker, with over 50% of debts collected before any court proceedings are issued. Often a solicitor's letter with the prospect of court proceedings, if it is ignored, as well as any interest due, is very persuasive, even for the most illusive debtors!

High Impact

The process is persuasive but definitely not heavy handed. It simply relies on the power of the legal system and the potential credit reference problems a debtor would face, with a County Court judgement registered against them, if the case gets as far as the courts.

In addition to the normal debt procedures it is possible, with Debtlink, to use the provisions of the Companies Act and Insolvency Act to recover funds, plus the service is supported by a team of litigation solicitors with over 100 years of experience between them.
