Our services include providing general advice and assistance on employee management, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence and performance management issues, redundancy / business reorganisation, discrimination, remuneration and benefits issues and statutory rights. We regularly represent our commercial clients in the Employment Tribunals and civil courts.

We also provide bespoke contract and policy drafting services together with employment health-checks and in-house management training.

 

Working closely with our Corporate, Insolvency and Property colleagues, we are accustomed to advising on business transfer/TUPE issues and have a dedicated immigration team dealing with work permits and residence matters.
