Divorce and children specialist Mark Smith was featured on last nights BBC Radio Devon evening show. He covered areas including:

Mark joined the firm in 1998 and is a partner in the Family Team in Exeter. Mark deals with all aspects of family work, including adoption and civil partnerships. Mark has considerable experience in both private and public law children matters including international relocation cases. He is a member of Resolution and is an accredited specialist family lawyer in private law children issues and domestic abuse. In addition, Mark is a Collaborative lawyer which means he is qualified to work with couples to resolve issues without having the expense or upset of going to court.
In his spare time Mark enjoys spending time with his young family, rowing and surfing.
